How much is it?
Budgets begin at $5250 for ready-made workshops, with custom agendas running a bit higher, depending on what’s needed. Travel-related expenses are billed separately at cost, usually for one person. Typically we come in the night before + leave the same day after the session.
What happens after I sign up?
You’ll receive a confirmation email and a link to schedule a kick off call to discuss your goals, potential participants, and timing for the session. An invoice for 50% of the session fee will be sent to book travel, with the balance due net 30 after the session is complete.
Where is it held & who participates?
We come to you! Usually at your location, or a location of your choosing. (Due to the nature of work involved, we do not recommend remote/virtual sessions.)
Whether you’re flying solo or working with a team, we recommend ten or less participants to make the most progress and will collaborate with you to determine who should take part
What is included?
Sessions typically run from 9 am to 1:30 pm with a working lunch. We’ll schedule a kickoff call after booking to discuss your priorities + potential participants so the agenda can be created or finalized.
All content created during the session is left with you to refer back to later. Most leaders invite someone to take notes, but we’re happy to follow up with a written summary after the session for an additional fee if needed
What if I need to cancel?
We get it. Sometimes things happen. If you need to cancel up to four weeks before your scheduled date, we’re happy to refund the session fee. Cancellations made within four weeks may be subject to preparation time and expenses to book travel. We are unable to offer refunds after the session but can direct you to thrilled people that have worked with us if you need an extra boost of confidence before signing up
